We believe in keeping things simple and fair. If you’re not happy with SurveySlack, here’s how cancellations and refunds work.
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime in one of two ways:
- Log in to your SurveySlack account and go to Account > Billing
- Or email us at support@surveyslack.com with your cancellation request
Once canceled, you’ll still have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel within 15 days of your first payment.
After 15 days, no refunds are issued unless:
- There was a billing error
- You were charged after cancellation
- A special exception is approved by our support team
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used months after the 15-day window.
4. Subscription Reactivation
If you cancel and later decide to return, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in and choosing a plan.
